Where are the good movies?

I was disappointed with Troy (except the end), and we won't even talk about Van Helsucking. Any hope of the Shrekquel being worth 8 bucks? Anyone seen it yet?

From what I understand Shrek is worth seeing for Antonio Banderas as Puss in Boots.

I plan to see Troy this weekend.

And Van Helsing was pretty obviously stupid to anybody who watched, or even listened, to the previews.

Don't forget Spiderman 2 comes out this summer. You may not have heard. They are keeping it quiet.

I long for the days of the "Police Academy" movies. Now that was Cinema at its best. I keep hoping to hear about another sequel, but I guess the world just isn't ready for Police Academy 7 yet. I can't wait till humans reach that level of enlightenment.
