I agree with Kabol, but of course as soon as it was legalized, for a short period of time, arrests, people losing jobs, ODs, and generally stupid stuff would spike pretty high, but would later even off, then drop below the original numbers.
The question is for how long and harsh will that spike be?
Shouldn't be too bad.
The advantage of this would be to somewhat institute survival of the fittest, and a lot of the idiots will OD on this new found glory.

Went and saw the movie on the 4th. All I can say is blah. Anyone who already hates GWB will just be enraged if they let themselves. Anyone who loves him will discount the whole movie because it's so amazingly one-sided. No attempt at debate or fairness is made, and any time some sort of motive needs to be given for GWB's actions it is stated as Laziness, Idiocy, or Greed. That's not to say the whole movie is worthless, but enough of it is where you could discount the whole thing as propaganda if you were so inclined. Rent it, don't go see it.
