In Maz's normal ADD state, I believe he missed my earlier post

the fun part of these games has nothing to do with aiming system. it's the fact that you are in the same room with several people playing at one time, and the ensuing antics.

I saw the post, I did'nt read it properly, but even playing alone on xbox live, like ghost recon per example

The controls in fps on an x-box are atrocious and detract from any pleasure that one can derive from such a game. I prefer content and action over being pissed off because two weeks on a fps messes up the game controller. The sensitivity of the crude system of the joystick is also annoying. You can only apply a basic overall sensitivity.

it's all a matter of opinions, I was just looking for something different, and I liek it, alot of people don;t, but I do, and I can;t wait until Halo2

I just don't think Doom's gameplay will be able to satisfy people who play counterstrike.

I figure Doom3 will be like Quake. Its spawn, kill, kill, kill 5 secs later. Dead, spawn, kill, dead, kill. Rinse and Repeat. All in ridiculous pace.

There are like 5 torrents of it floating around too. Im still getting Harold and Kumar and the last disc of FF8 so it will be next week before i get around to Doom.

Torrents can kiss my ass. I prefer getting full bandwidth and not having to worry about the upload making the boards crawl.
