Where are the good movies?

I was disappointed with Troy (except the end), and we won't even talk about Van Helsucking. Any hope of the Shrekquel being worth 8 bucks? Anyone seen it yet?

From what I understand Shrek is worth seeing for Antonio Banderas as Puss in Boots.
I plan to see Troy this weekend.
And Van Helsing was pretty obviously stupid to anybody who watched, or even listened, to the previews.

If you went to the movies with JB then you delved too greedily and too deep. You know what they awoke there in the darkness of theaters. Shadow, and flame, and Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood.

Potter is fucking great.
And Hermione is fucking hot.
Don't forget Spiderman 2 comes out this summer. You may not have heard. They are keeping it quiet.

I long for the days of the "Police Academy" movies. Now that was Cinema at its best. I keep hoping to hear about another sequel, but I guess the world just isn't ready for Police Academy 7 yet. I can't wait till humans reach that level of enlightenment.
