Winners of the last 48 hours:
Tony Blair
Hamid Karzai
Any nation that speaks English, especially America.
James Madison
Osama bin Laden
Unborn children.
Losers:
Homosexuals
Jacques Chirac
Homosexuals
Every fucker in Hollywood
Homosexuals
Osama bin Laden
Homosexuals
Undead candidates.
Homosexuals.
and Homosexuals in 6 more states.
I don't see any way I could be happier with this election. I didn't vote for Bush, and he won anyway, and the Republicans beat the living fuck out of the Democrats.
My only complaint is that the gay amendments passed.
God just blessed America. But not the Homosexuals.

I got to read a lot of bitter columns in the paper this morning, all laying blame at John Q. Voter for the "sad" state of the country. One guy even claimed that he flew his american flag in his front yard since he reached adulthood and yesterday, Nov. 3rd, he took it down. Apparently, everyone who voted for Bush was an ignorant, evangelical redneck.
I love hearing the claim that now the country is so divided now. I guess 51% of the popular vote (ie 49% did not want Bush) is more divided than 49% (ie 51% did not want Clinton).
Then there was one devestated democrat who cried about how his vision of America differs from everyone elses'; not the direction of where America will go, but what it IS. He said he thought it was a country where the government didn't care about sexual orientation and religion didn't get in the way of science. Maybe he mistook this country for Denmark. Maybe he forgot that as recent as 50 years ago, blacks were not equal. How do you think gay marraige would have been addressed then? I guess liberals just don't understand what the hell "Conservative" means and that maybe, just maybe, most of the country doesn't agree that we should live in a country without moral standards.
As for homosexuals being the big losers here, that is the only legitimate complaint you can lay against the voters. The ballot may as well have said "Do YOU think marraige should be defined as between a man and a woman" instead of asking for a constitutional amendment defining it as such. That is how people read it, and that is how they voted. I find it hard to believe that many people would be upset if some gay couple got married and shared the same benefits as straight couples.
I was very happy to see the country give a big "fuck you" to most of Europe, Hollywood, Michael Moore, and Teresa Heinz Kerry.

I'm just sick and tired of how everyone keeps bitching about how their lives are over now that Bush is still in office. Almost all the people I work with (low income, low intelligence) blame the president for all their short comings. I ask how many hours a week they work and its usually somewhere around 25 to 30 hours cause they can't live at work, they have to go out and have fun.

Liberals need to grow up. I am actually happy about the way the election went. I was only pissed off about how Bush won his first term. He got himself elected for a second term with his countries support, have to respect him for that.

Don't hate Bush just because Gore couldn't accept the vote count.
