. . . then there never was a space shuttle Challenger, and there has always been The Legend of Zelda.

That game turned 20 yesterday.

Get me my fucking walker. And get the hell off my lawn.

This is the first game I can remember ever being addicted to. I have no doubt its the influence of Link and his damn Triforce that led me to games like EQ and WoW. Long live Link and his boomerang!

See, I'm just the opposite. I didn't understand/enjoy games like Zelda, FF, Legend of Mana, etc until I played EQ. I even tried some pencil and paper RPGS before EQ and I couldn't get into it. After EQ, though, I've gone back and started picking up some of the classic RPGS for PS1 and playing NES roms online.

Nah, I'm not a poser, I just had a severe case of ADD. At that time, I was more of a frantic button pusher, and I didn't understand the concept of turn based attacking.

Is that grounds for an ass kicking? I think it is. Time for you to load up some ROMs.

Damn and it would've taken you like 3 minutes to look that up on Wikipedia.

Did that game really come out 20 years ago, when I was 4?

Without checking, my guess is Glenn, the squire of . . . Cyrus (?).
