Official US Presidential Election Thread

Post by Payndar Circusdorf »

I tried to post this with a poll but it had errors, so we'll have to leave that out.

We have Bush and Cheney vs Kerry and Edwards, with Nader and his cohort shitting in the sandbox.

The question to answer is:

Who do you want to win (even you foreigners) and why?

Begin!

Bush all the way.
I would never vote for Kerry unless he said something about burning down Iraq and sodomizing Saddam Hussein.
So why is Edwards running with Kerry? There was quite a bit of mudslinging in that whole spiel. Kerry had several commercials talking about how Edwards was not fit to be in the White House.

(Not trying to convince. You just didn't answer the question fully.)

Because I believe that we should've went to Iraq. But then again, I also believe we should've went there to plant an American flag.

Every time I see some anti-war sentiment I wanna barf.

Ah ok. Well now that's clear.

As for Edwards, he picked Edwards because edwards may swing some votes in Florida and some other southern states. Gephardt (the only other real candidate) is all in bed with Labor Unions and so alot of southerners wouldn't like him.

With Edwards as his running mate, I forsee SC voting for the Democrats this year.

The media and that whore Michael Moore have done too good a job slanderizing Bush in a manner that poorly educated (the whole southern half of SC) will believe with relatively little evidence.

Not a chance.

SC will vote Democrat when you and I are dead.

So long as Democrats are the party of Abortionists and Black people, SC will remain a Republican stronghold.

The only reason you won't see SC go Democratic is because we have too many retards to throw away their votes on Nader.

You're talking about the state that voted a Governor out because he took down the Confederate flag.

That is a Republican stronghold.

Too bad the people that fought to bring it down only put it on the front lawn so that you can't miss it. But that's another topic.

My father delves into politics on occasion. He put together a mini poll at work like he does every 2 years. He was quite worried. With the election of 2000, they had 67 votes Bush 55 votes Gore in the July mini poll.
This time, they had 48 votes Bush 77 votes Kerry. That is quite astonishing, especially considering they rid themselves of many corporate positions held by Northerners, promoted within the ranks, and hired locally.

He is quite worried about the election. My grandmother even spoke of voting for Kerry back in May. I was unnerved, but then she served me some dinner.

If Bush loses SC, then the election will be a runaway for Kerry.

The nature of the US electoral process makes any conspiracy almost impossible outside of mind-control satellites, which one-time-Democratic candidate Dennis Kusinich, seriously, wrote legislation to outlaw.

But it wasn't passed.....
