a rogue at 59 will own more than a rogue at 60, simply because people don't tend to stay level 59 for long, and once you hit 60, you're competing against players with epic and legendary gear.
jeez you shouldve seen adrox when he was 49 in WSG. the average lifespan of anybody vs him was like 2 seconds. He murdered their whole team while I took flags.
