Seems they are testing a device to keep people at the speed limit of a road. I LOVE this idea. Mainly cause I live in a city were people drive rediculasly slow on the interstate or rediculasly fast on the backroads. We have over 30 wrecks here a day and it sucks when going home to always be in grid lock. Also I am a bit of a cautious driver that never goes above the speed limit if I don't have to. This would make me look a little less of a dick cause everyone passes me.
