They will have two different price points. One for $299 which will not contain a hard drive and will have a wired controller. The more expensive ($399) will have a hard drive as well as a wireless controller a wireless headset and a ethernet cord..

let's compare a car price

ford explorer cdn price: Starts at $48,165

ford explorer us price: Starts at $34,745

so what your saying would technicly make the cdn price $42,076, but it does'nt work that way, there a difference of just over $6,000 here
