I also made a point to get the first editions/first printing of all the WoT books to make up my collection as well as the first edition/first printing UK versions of aSoFaI, but I do think one can have a collection and not hold to the same ideals as us.

For some guys birthday here they individually wrapped every god damn thing on his desk. Every pencil, pen, paper clip, etc. It was pretty funny...too bad it took the "pranksters" at least 5 hours. Is it really worth the effort for the 30 seconds of reaction you get?
