I bought this (the whole series in one huge volume) on a vague suggestion from one of my friends a couple years ago and I've only read the first hundred pages or so from the first book, and found it so homosexual (in the literal meaning of the word) that I couldn't handle it anymore. Very good book. Unfortunately it doesn't get much better after the first book, although the Bean saga comes close. Don't bother with the rest of the Ender saga if you want more of the same, it doesn't resemble the first book in the least.
